Chiropractic practices

Your practice isn't the problem. Your front desk is doing a system's job.

For chiropractors who are booked enough that the admin has become the ceiling, and who'd rather be adjusting than chasing paperwork.

Any of this sound like your week?

Patients finish the acute phase, quietly stop booking, and nobody notices until you're looking at a slow month.

Intake happens on a clipboard, then somebody types it into the system by hand.

A last-minute cancellation leaves a hole in the schedule and there's no fast way to fill it.

You know exactly who is due for a recall. There's just no system that tells them.

The wellness plan or membership you keep meaning to launch is still a thing you keep meaning to launch.

Your happiest patients walk out the door and nobody ever asks them for a review.

None of this is a clinical problem. You're good at the actual job, which is why the schedule is full in the first place. It's that a practice reaches a size where the front desk can't hold it all in their head anymore, and nobody hands you a manual for that part. The fix isn't working harder at reception. It's giving the repetitive pieces somewhere else to live.

What I would build for you

Recall and reactivation that runs without anyone remembering

Patients rarely quit on purpose. They drift. Automatic recall when someone is due, and a win-back that fires while they're still gettable instead of six months later when they've found someone else.

Memberships and care plans that bill themselves

Tiered plans, recurring billing, visit credits that replenish each cycle, and cancellation handled without a phone call. I built exactly this for a chiropractic practice: four disconnected systems became one, running on zero manual admin hours a month.

Intake finished before they walk in

Forms sent automatically when the appointment is booked, filled out on a phone, and landing where they need to land. Nobody retypes anything, and the first visit starts on time.

Cancellations that refill themselves

When a slot opens, the people who wanted that time get told. Automatically, within minutes, while the slot is still worth something.

Reviews asked for at the moment people actually feel it

A request that goes out right after the visit that changed something for them, not in a quarterly blast. This is the cheapest local search work there is and almost nobody does it.

Built around your EHR, not on top of it

Your clinical records stay where they are. I work on the scheduling, billing, membership, and communication layer around them, and I keep patient health information out of the tools that have no business holding it. If something needs a HIPAA-covered vendor, I'll tell you that instead of quietly wiring it up.

Something I built

A membership program built from nothing in six weeks.

A chiropractic practice wanted a membership but had no offer structure, no enrollment flow, and no way to track who had actually paid. I built the tiers, the landing page, Stripe checkout, and a credit-based scheduler that replenishes each billing cycle, then wired enrollment, billing, and cancellation to run on their own.
