Things I built that kept working.

Real businesses, real numbers, and what actually changed after.

Hospitality

The first site I built after launching Coastal. Still growing three years later.

Kaurie runs a bar in a small Montana town, and she was my first client after I hung out my own shingle. She had nothing at the time. No site, no way for anyone to find her outside of word of mouth.

  • Built in March 2023. Clear information, working links, every function tested.
  • Structured so search engines could actually read it, not just render it.
  • Then I handed it over and left. No retainer, no ads, nobody maintaining it.

Built, and untouched since

Erin created a wonderful website for my small town bar. Simple yet stylish and packed with information. Incredibly easy to work with, great communication, and she made sure every function and link worked. I highly recommend her services.

Healthcare & Wellness

They were running a membership program on sticky notes and spreadsheets.

A chiropractic practice needed a membership system that did not require a full-time admin to run it. There was no offer structure, no enrollment flow, and no way to track who had paid.

  • Built the offer structure and the enrollment flow from scratch.
  • Landing page with clear membership tiers and Stripe checkout.
  • Acuity configured as a credit-based scheduler, so appointments replenish each billing cycle.
  • Enrollment, billing, and cancellation wired to run without anyone touching them.

Online Education

They had the content. They had no way to sell it.

An online business had a library of recorded workshops sitting on a hard drive with no system to sell or deliver them.

  • Sales, offer, and product pages built from scratch.
  • Bundle pricing strategy so single workshops could be sold together.
  • Checkout wired to automatic delivery, so a purchase hands over the content with nobody in the middle.

Events & Hospitality

Every booking lived in her head. Nothing was written down.

A venue owner had no process for managing inquiries, coordinating tours, or tracking bookings. If she got hit by a bus, the business stopped.

  • Asana pipeline running from first inquiry to signed contract.
  • Self-scheduled tours, so prospects book themselves and nothing double-books.
  • Every prospect visible to the whole team at every stage.

Health & Wellness

She wanted to host a summit and had no idea where to start.

A virtual summit plus in-person events, launching at the same time, with no infrastructure behind either one.

  • Speaker coordination and full asset collection.
  • Two revenue tiers, free registration with a VIP upgrade path.
  • Landing pages, email sequences, and attendee management.

Professional Services

He was buried in admin that had nothing to do with his actual job.

A senior executive was spending his week on expense reports and calendar triage instead of the work he was hired for.

  • Automated expense workflow. He photographs a receipt, it gets categorized, logged, and reconciled against the AMEX statement.
  • Calendar restructured to protect focus time while keeping client meetings prioritized.
  • Birthday, anniversary, and milestone touchpoints for team and clients, handled automatically.

Small Business

Every system he tried was built for someone else's brain.

A business owner with ADHD kept dropping balls. The problem was never motivation. It was that every tool he had tried assumed he worked like everyone else.

  • Rebuilt his communication cadence around how he actually works, not how a productivity book says he should.
  • Reminders calibrated to land at the moment of action instead of the moment of planning.
  • Daily priorities simplified down to reduce the decision fatigue that was causing the drops.
