20 to 30 minutes · No pitch

Tell me what's quietly driving you nuts.

The lead that slipped through last week. The tool you pay for and never open. The task you've done by hand a hundred times this month. Tell me what is not working and I'll tell you if I can help.

No proposal, no obligation. Just an honest look at your operations.

A call is one option. It is not the only one.

Booking a Zoom with a stranger is a big ask and I would not do it either.

Text me, email me, or just call. Same answer, less ceremony.

However you reach out, it's me on the other end. Not a bot, not an assistant, not a "team member will be in touch."

What to Expect

01

You show me the mess

Whatever is quietly not working, on a 20 to 30 minute call. No prep, no cleaning up first. Just talk me through it.

02

I tell you what I'd fix first

My honest read on where the biggest leak is, and whether it's me who fixes it, a different specialist, or something you can knock out yourself.

03

You decide, zero arm-twisting

If it's a fit, we scope it. If it's not, you still leave with a clear next step. No pressure either way.

QUICK ANSWERS

Questions before you book

How long is the call, and do I need to prep?

It's a 20 to 30 minute conversation, not a pitch, and there's zero prep. Just show up with whatever's bugging you. I'll ask about your business, what you're trying to fix, what you've already tried, and what keeps getting in the way. You'll get my honest take on whether it's something I can help with, something a different specialist can fix faster, or something you can knock out yourself.

Who books these calls?

Mostly small business owners who run their company themselves and want a second pair of eyes on something specific: a tangled website, an AI experiment that didn't land, an ops process that keeps breaking, a marketing setup that feels like duct tape.

What if I don't know exactly what I need?

That's the most common starting point. Bring the symptom and we'll work backwards. If you can't tell whether your problem is a website problem or an ops problem or a strategy problem, we'll figure that out together on the call.

Do you sell something at the end?

Only if it makes sense. Most calls end with one of three outcomes: I quote you for a piece of work, I point you somewhere else, or you walk away with a free fix you can implement on Monday. No multi-step funnel, no email sequences, no nurture campaign.
