Coaches & online educators

You built the offer. Nobody built the machine around it.

For coaches running high-ticket programs, group coaching, courses, or events who are doing the delivery and the operations and the marketing, all at once.

Any of this sound like your week?

A lead fills out your form and you see it three days later, after the moment has passed.

Onboarding a new client means you personally sending the same six things every time.

Your course content exists and there is no clean way to sell or deliver it.

You want to run a workshop or webinar and the whole path around it has to be rebuilt each time.

Your nurture sequence gets opened and nobody buys, and you cannot tell why.

You are the bottleneck on every part of the business that is not coaching.

This is the good version of the problem. It means the offer works and demand is real, and the thing holding you back is now plumbing rather than positioning. Plumbing is fixable, and it is fixable faster than most people expect.

What I would build for you

Course and membership delivery that runs itself

Offer structure, sales and product pages, checkout, and automatic delivery the moment someone buys. Built in Kajabi, or in whatever you already pay for.

Webinars and workshops with the whole path built

Registration, reminder sequences so people actually show up, replay delivery, and the follow-up that turns an attendee into a client. Built once, reusable every time.

Client onboarding that stops being your job

The welcome, the paperwork, the scheduling, the access. One workflow that runs the same way every time so a new client feels handled instead of improvised.

Nurture that sounds like you and ends in something

Sequences written in your voice, with a real next step at the end. Most sequences fail because they finish and nothing happens. That is the part I fix.

Everything talking to everything

CRM, scheduler, payments, email, and course platform wired together so a lead moves through all of it without you retyping a name.

Something I built

A workshop library with no way to sell it.

The content had been sitting on a hard drive. I built 30+ sales, offer, and product pages, a bundle pricing structure so single workshops could be sold together, and wired checkout to automatic delivery so a purchase hands over the content with nobody in the middle.
