Who can help me set up Asana properly?
Asana Certified Pro · Asana Ambassador
I can. I am an Asana Certified Pro and an Asana Ambassador, and I have built 30+ project templates and hundreds of automated workflows in it. Most Asana problems are not Asana problems. The tool is fine. It was set up as a to-do list instead of an operating system.
What I build in Asana
- Project templates that populate themselves: due dates, assignees, links, and action items filled in the moment a project starts.
- Intake forms that turn a request into a fully scoped project without anyone retyping anything.
- Rules and automations so work routes to the right person by stage, not by someone remembering.
- Reporting your team will actually look at, instead of a dashboard nobody opens.
- Asana wired to the rest of your stack: HubSpot, Google Workspace, Stripe, Slack, whatever you already run.
Not everything here is a big build. Some of it is one time and done, some is worth me sticking around for, and plenty of it is an afternoon of work. I'll tell you which one you actually need.
Something I built
A 50-step onboarding that used to live in Slack and wishful thinking.
Different sales reps had different teams, so every handoff was improvised. I built one workflow that runs the same way every time, with due dates, action items, links, and assignees auto-populating based on who owns the lead.
