Why am I losing leads even though I have a CRM?
Almost always because the CRM is a place data goes rather than a system that acts. If a form fill does not automatically create a task, notify someone, and start a sequence, then following up depends on a human noticing. That is the leak, and it is fixable in days rather than months.
Is this different from what a virtual assistant would do?
Yes. A VA executes the tasks you hand them. I work out which tasks should not exist and build the system that handles the rest. Most businesses eventually want both. If you are choosing where to start, you usually want the system first.
What does a HubSpot build cost?
Systems and automation work is quoted per engagement, because a two-pipeline setup and a full operations build are not the same job. You get scope and a fixed price in writing before anything starts.
