A library of recorded workshops with no way to sell them.

The content existed and had been sitting on a hard drive. I built the sales and product pages, a bundle pricing structure so single workshops could be sold together, and wired checkout to automatic delivery so a purchase hands over the content with nobody in the middle.

How do I market a workshop?

The workshop is rarely the problem. What is missing is the path around it: a registration page, an email sequence that gets people to actually show up, the replay, and a follow-up that turns an attendee into a buyer. I build that path, and if you have run workshops before, I can usually reuse the content you already have.

I have the course content already. What is left to do?

Usually everything except the content. Offer structure and pricing, the pages that sell it, checkout, delivery on purchase, and the nurture sequence that gets people to buy in the first place. Having the content is roughly a third of the job.

Can you build a membership with recurring billing?

Yes. I built one for a chiropractic practice from nothing: tiered membership, Stripe checkout, and a credit-based scheduler that replenishes each billing cycle. Four disconnected systems became one, with zero manual hours to run the admin.
