Write It Once. Show Up Everywhere.

July 20, 2026

It is 11pm. You wrote something good this week. A real thought, the kind you do not have every day, and you posted it once. To LinkedIn. Where it got 4 likes and slid into the void by morning.

Meanwhile you are staring at a blank Instagram caption box thinking "what do I even post," like the good idea from Tuesday does not exist. Like you did not already do the hard part.

You did the hard part. You just let it die in 1 place.

The problem is not that you post too little. It is that you make everything from scratch.

Here is the trap. You treat every platform like it needs a brand new idea. New thought for LinkedIn. New thought for the newsletter. New thought for Instagram. So "showing up everywhere" feels like writing 5 different things a week, which is insane, so you write 1 and quit.

But the people who seem to be everywhere are not having 5 ideas a week. They are having 1 and wearing it 5 ways.

That is not cheating. That is how repetition works. Your audience is not sitting there with a spreadsheet noticing you said a similar thing on 2 platforms. They are half-paying-attention, on 1 platform, on a Tuesday. If you only said it once, most of them missed it entirely.

One idea, 5 shapes.

Take that good thought from Tuesday. The one you posted once. Here is what it actually is.

It is a LinkedIn post, sure. That is where it already lived.

It is also the opening of your next newsletter, expanded by 3 paragraphs with a story attached.

It is 3 short posts, each one pulling out a single line from the original and letting it stand on its own.

It is a reply-guy comment you leave on someone else's post that says the same thing in 2 sentences.

It is the answer to a question you get on a client call, now written down so you never have to improvise it again.

Same idea. 5 places. And the only new work was the chopping, not the thinking.

This is the part AI is actually good at.

The chopping is exactly the job you should hand off, because it is boring and it is 11pm and you are tired.

You paste in the long thing (the blog post, the newsletter, the transcript of you talking for 4 minutes into your phone) and you tell the AI: pull 5 short posts out of this, keep my voice, make each one able to stand alone. Then it hands you 5 drafts and you spend 10 minutes making them sound like you instead of 2 hours making them from nothing.

I want to be clear about the "keep my voice" part, because this is where most people get burned. If you paste something in and say "write me social posts," you get gray oatmeal that sounds like every other founder on the internet. The trick is giving it a real sample of how you actually talk first, so it is chopping YOUR words up, not inventing generic ones. Feed it 3 things you have written that sound like you. That is the whole difference between "this sounds like me" and "delete."

The tool matters less than you think. I use Claude for this because it holds a voice better than most, but the move works in whatever you already have open. The workflow is the thing, not the logo.

Start here, this week.

Do not build a content system. Just do 1 round by hand-ish, so you feel it.

Grab the last decent thing you wrote. Anything. A post that did okay, an email you were weirdly proud of, a rant you texted a friend. Paste it into your AI of choice with a sample of your voice, and ask for 3 short posts and 1 newsletter opener out of it.

Read what comes back. Fix the parts that do not sound like you. Post 1 of them tomorrow.

That is it. You just turned 1 idea into 2 pieces of content in about 15 minutes, and you did not have to have a single new thought to do it. Now imagine doing that with every good thing you make, instead of letting it get 4 likes and disappear.

And if you want the whole system, not just the trick.

The AI Power Hour is 60 minutes where we take your actual content (the blog, the newsletter, the thing you keep meaning to start) and build the repurposing flow around your real voice, so 1 piece becomes a week of showing up without you doing the chopping at 11pm.

$197. That is less than you would pay a social media person for a single week of the posts you are about to stop making by hand.
