How the audit works

What does the week actually look like?

It takes about a week and costs $597. You give me access to your CRM, lead capture, and website backend, then I go through your business the way a real customer would: filling out the forms, booking the call, waiting for the emails, going through onboarding. Then we get on a call and I walk you through everything I found.

What you get

Every leak, dead end, and needlessly manual step documented. A prioritized fix list, worst first, with the ones you can handle yourself clearly marked. And a walkthrough call, so you actually understand the findings instead of getting a PDF you never open. No retainer, no monthly fee.

Why do you need access to my systems?

Because I cannot find the leak from the outside. Most of what breaks happens after someone fills out the form: the confirmation that lands in spam, the calendar invite going to the wrong address, the follow-up that never fires. You only see that from inside the tools.
