Operations Audit

Somebody competent, actually looking.

Five or more tools that do not talk to each other, and a process that repeats every week. You know roughly where it hurts. This is the part where somebody finds out why.

What you get

Three things, and you keep all three no matter what you decide afterward.

This takes about a week and it ends with a walkthrough call, not a PDF in your inbox and silence.

Me in the actual backend

Your CRM, your forms, your automations, your email. Not a questionnaire about them. I go through your business the way one of your customers would, filling things out, booking things, waiting for the emails that were supposed to arrive.

A map of what is broken, duplicated, and costing hours

Every leak, every misfire, every dead end, and every step somebody is still doing by hand that a machine should have picked up two years ago. Written down, in one place, with what each one costs you.

A prioritized fix list you keep either way

Ranked by what it costs you, not by how easy it is to fix. The do-it-yourself items are marked, and I mark the ones you genuinely do not need me for. You keep the whole thing whether or not you ever hire me.

The number

$597

One time. Two to three hands-in-the-backend hours at roughly $200 an hour, which is what it costs to have somebody go through your accounts properly instead of guessing from the outside. It credits in full toward a retainer inside 60 days.

Book the audit

Not sure yet? The free 5-Minute Ops Quiz tells you which area is leaking, costs nothing, and there is no call attached to it.

What it is really for

It scopes the retainer so nobody has to sell one.

Most people who ask me about ongoing help do not actually know what they need every month, and I am not going to quote a number at somebody based on a vibe. After this I know what your months look like, you know what I found, and the conversation about whether a retainer makes sense becomes a short one with real numbers in it.

Plenty of audits end with me saying you do not need a retainer. That is a fine outcome and it happens more than you would think. The retainers are here if you want to see what they cost before you spend anything.
